A group of Green Enthusiasts that loves nothing but traveling, and apart from exploring the world, we also fancied being superheroes that helps protecting the Planet Earth, and YES, this is how the business idea was born!
Titanium World Technology Sdn Bhd was established in 2011 and located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
With our resilient research and development experience in nanotechnology, our innovations have grown vastly from sterilizing services to disinfectant products premediated for all walks of life.
The heroism in us, as well as our business motto emphasize distinctively on two keys:
– A 24/7 self-cleaning indoor environment
– Zero chemical usage
We strongly believed that environment greening is the key to a healthier living!
Our new HQ is now located in Selangor, and it is approximately 10,000 sq ft, equipped with administrative office, sales gallery, in-house R&D facilities, production lab and warehouse.

Executive Biography
Jason Kuan
Founder,
Group Managing Director
Graduated in year 2004 at Monash University Melbourne, Australia, Jason holds a Master Degree in Management and Degree in Marketing and Management.
He is the founder of Titanium World Technology Sdn Bhd and founder of Armor Life Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, dedicating 18 years of his passion and onsite working experiences in Nano-Tio² industry researching and evolving SmartCoat™️ and ARMOR8™️.
Over the years, he has successfully established SmartCoat™️ and dominating Nano-Tio² market in Asia, namely China, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. In addition, he also expanded the distributor network throughout Europe, India, Philippines and Australia.
To date, he has managed SmartCoat™️ projects in close proximity of 20 million sq. ft. globally.
Some of the significant SmartCoat™️ projects that was spearheaded by him are Energy Commission, Malaysia, 2009 (500,000 sq. ft.), City Plaza Taiko, Hong Kong, 2015 (1.4 million sq. ft.), Escola Secondary Luso-Chinesa de Luís Gonzaga Gomes, Macau, 2018 (150,000 sq. ft.) and Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, 2018 (400,000 sq. ft.). And in 2020 – 2021, he secured another 5 million sq. ft. featuring Suwany Pyramid Shopping Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall, Ikea Damansara, Mytown Shopping Centre, Central i-City Shopping Mall in Malaysia.
In career perspectives, he is very persistent, resourceful and hardworking.
He is passionately driven with demonstrated client management skills and people management leadership. He also has excellent analytical skill and computer literate, thus enables him to work independently in a fast-pace environment. His pleasant and stable personality allows him to communicate excellently with clients, as well as the company.
He is able to communicate proficiently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; besides interacting profoundly in local dialects i.e., Malay and Hokkien.
In 1998, Wong Weng Heng graduates with a Bachelors Degree of Commerce at Murdoch University WA, Perth, Australia. He then returned to Malaysia and helped in his family’s renowned engineering business serving Panasonic Malaysia for more than 40 years.
Thereupon, he ventured into co-founding Titanium World Technology Sdn Bhd and Armor Life Sdn Bhd, along with his business partner, Mr. Jason Kuan.
His passion, onsite working experiences and technical knowledge in Nano-Tio² industry since 2004 has contributed profoundly in the development of SmartCoat™️ and ARMOR8™️.
Apart of being the co-founder, Heng is also the Group Technical Director for SmartCoat™️, Armor8™️ and PECA NaO’Clean handling all the technical issues for the group and also overseas expansions for the company too. To-date, these brands has grown close to 20 countries globally.
With his robust experience in R&D and project handling profiles for SmartCoat’s technology, Heng has been invited to many technological talks in relation to nanotechnology, photocatalyst disinfection, and green technology by many event organizers, strengthening the brands in the local and international market.
Heng is well-verse in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and interacts competently in local dialects i.e., Malay, Hokkien and Hakka.
